Upon successful payment your policy documents will get generated and made available to you under the tab: "My Account" located at the top of the scree and then the tab: "My Policies".

Please review your policy documents for accuracy; should you require any modification to your policy coverages or any change to limits, please contact our Service Team as its practicable.

Policy documents get generated and email to you immediately, they are also saved in your profile every 15 minutes.

If you have not received an email with your policy documents, please verify that you have provided the correct email address and also look in the spam folder on your email application.

You would receive a "PAYMENT METHOD FAILED" message right after attempting paying for your insurance.  This means that the transaction couldn't be processed.

To attempt paying again follow these steps:

(1)  Navigate to the "My Account" tab at the top of the screen;

(2)  Click on "My Transactions" on the left Menu;

(3)  Click on the "My Transactions" button next to the quote you are going to take.

You will receive an email from Willis Canada Inc reminding that your policy is close to expire and that you must take actions to renew your policy(ies).

Upon reception of such email follow these steps:

(1) Login to your account (to right corner)

(2)  Go to "My Account" tab and to "My Policies" tab

(3)  Locate your policy and start your renewal

(4)  Follow the application journey and update your application information as required

(5)  You must electronically sign your application to enable the submitting button

(6)  Pay and get your policy documents

(7)  Your renewal is complete
